Running warm up/down 10:00 [1] 1.0 km (10:00 / km)
shoes: New balance 760

Running up the hill to the start and then up and down the path below it to get my legs moving.

Orienteering race (Sprint in Leazes Park) 15:59 [4] ** 2.5 km (6:24 / km) +30m 6:02 / km
shoes: New balance 760

Easy sprint around Leazes park and under St.james park, wasn't moving very quickly around the lake and overshot one on a spur , then slowed down under the stadium and only hesitated when it didn't say whether the control was at the top or bottom of a large pillar, lost about 1 min overall.

Squash 45:00 [1]

First time playing and didn't seem to be able to anticipate where my Dad was going to hit it, so always started moving too late and missed it.

Running (Wednesday run) 55:00 [3] 10.0 km (5:30 / km)
shoes: New balance 760

Went with the normal group plus a few extras, Mike took me on an extra loop near the start and then about half way round (8km) my stomach decided not to play ball, walked/jogged the rest of it and the 'short cut' our castaway group took was in fact about 2 km longer. Oops.

Walking 35:00 [1] 5.0 km (7:00 / km)
shoes: New balance 760

The walking back after my stomach started hurting, was going at a reasonably walking pace but everytime I tried to run it got much more painful.

Running 1:00:30 [3] 12.9 km (4:41 / km) +365m 4:07 / km
shoes: Inov-8's

From Nelson pit around the Boars Head Fell Race route, the trod across the moor hasn't developed yet this year so I was following remnant from previous years and lost it towards the end, went at an easy pace, felt quite good at the end so could probably take a sizeable chunk out of this time when I do it again at a harder pace. Managed to run to the wrong gate at one point too, considering i know the park pretty well this was quite a large mistake... I also do not believe the distance of 12.9 for this route, as it did not feel like it and I seem to have gone a lot quicker than it felt.

Orienteering race (Eel and Stony Tarns) 47:09 [4] **** 5.5 km (8:34 / km) +340m 6:33 / km
shoes: Inov-8's

Was 2 mins behind Ed and 2 ahead of hris, caught Ed at 2 and was gradually losing time to Chris until 6, where I was too far left and we all stopped to relocate (at this point Ed, Phil, Rosie and Chris had caught up) got it after about 1 min, then me and Chris were pretty similar around the rest of the course, finished 2.01 behind him.
