Felt pretty good. A couple of small sore spots were deep in the hips but generally felt fine. Patience with instruction was low so I did my own thing.

Last long run before the race with Andrew & Jonathan. We ran at Shelby Farms from the visitor's center up the gravel road to the blue and yellow trails. The blue trail was a swamp. We did a nice interval coming back off of the gravel road.
