Berryman adventure race - good bit of fast trail running (~5 mi) a bunch of slow trail running & rogain. Tons of bike pushing.

Cycling race (Adventure race) 5:00:00 [3] 30.0 mi (10:00 / mi)

Berryman AR. Hard hiking trails, lots of country paved & double track.

Paddling race (Adventure race) 1:10:00 [3] 6.0 mi (11:40 / mi)

Berryman AR. Beautiful non-technical river paddling. Single blade race-provided paddles. Ugh.

Breakaway run. 1-mi warmup, 6:30's for 25 min, break, 5:45 for a mile, cool down. Legs felt really good.
