Stupid spinning, but this time work-related. Ride for Heart has partnered with a downtown spinning studio, where they hosted an intro session featuring their "RealRider" bikes that enable you to lean from side to side to simulate turns (
realryder.com). It's been several years since I've been to a spin class, and I had forgotten that the elements of loud music, a video screen and a chipper instructor barking orders through a headset can make the mundane-ness of spinning just slightly bearable.
Still stupid though... :)
