12km run with hill sprints in the Don Valley. Legs felt like springs after yesterday and the recovery after each climb was noticeably better. Stealing from Funderstorm's log - "those hills are totally going to be my b_tch" again soon....

12km run with hill repeats in the Don Valley (thanks Funderstorm for reminding me to mix it up!) What a difference a week made - recovery still too slow and legs still not as strong as they should be, but at least I was able to finish the sets this time.
