running 30:00 [3] 3.0 mi (10:00 / mi)

Mary blew off Ross Commons so I did too and ran 30 minutes with Jake. Wanted to run longer but legs are fried and thought I should give myself a break with Cool coming up....

running 2:00:00 [3] 15.0 mi (8:00 / mi)

Ran with Churchill/Gollieb sisters and Charlie. Pushed it hard up with Liz Fagan to where Eldrige forks with Indian FR and was cooked. Worried about tired legs for Cool but it may not matter now. Will tone it down this week (including tomorrow...)

running 1:00:00 [5] 6.0 mi (10:00 / mi)

Track with Brad O'Brien, Jason Jacobson, Tom Hale and Nacco. We did 6 600s. I did 2:42, 2:47's for around 4 and ended with a 2:42. So great to have all those guys show up. I'm always glad to get it done!

running 2:50:00 [3] 18.2 mi (9:20 / mi)

First AFTERNOON run (with Mary Churchill). She seemed to be doing fine the whole time and I was struggling. My stomach wasn't great and it was weird having someone else after running in the dark for so long. Gotta figure out the afternoon thing as there's lots of light now....

running 6:15:00 [3] 32.0 mi (11:43 / mi)

Started from Mary Churchill's (Fitzpatrick's) house and ran with Frank Ruona, Chris Craig, Bronstein's friend who's an older, fast guy and Nick Wilton to Pantoll then went from there a little past BoFax road where we turned around at 15 miles then ran back. I lost Nick three quarters the way through and added an extra two miles. I was surprising tired afterwards but happy to have done so much (I was looking for 20 but got 30). We met Natie just after Pantoll and she hung on fine for 25 or so....
