Ran with Nick Wilton (started with Geoff and Greg Allen). Did Muir Woods up the waterfalls (Ben Johnson) then to Pantoll then Coastal out past Willow and back. Felt pretty good. Ate lots of GU...Nick was having a harder time so I stayed back with him. Need to be aware of injuries due to high weekly mileage...

6x800 track workout 84 second quarters...felt tired and no leg turnover but very happy to get the workout in!

Ran from 4:32-about 7:20 felt tired (sleepy tired) for the first time in a while). Got up to the top of Eldrige in about 1:11-1:12, so I was happy with that. Rumon's light works great. Always happy to get this workout in! Next week is off skiing so I have to wait a week...

Rezzies run! Felt pretty good the whole way (definitely better than previously years). Picked it up way hard three times (two on Coastal and one going up to Mtn. Theater) to try to tire Hauth's friend but to no avail. The result was no 50 for me (was thinking of adding on in the beggining).
