Same as Monday. Tough, though doesn't feel like a whole body workout; seems to be predominantly my quads that suffer.

Gym. Finding putting weight on my left leg v painful. Worried and in a bad mood about it.

Monumental struggle with motivation today but glad I went.
Session was basically 3 x 6 min reps, but aiming to shave 6 seconds off the same distance with each rep. So:

1 x 6 mins (worked out after the distance was c. 1 mile)
1 x 1mi in 5:54
1 x 1mi in 5:48

(all 2 minutes recovery)

Struggled so much on the last one and was so glad we weren't doing a fourth (most of the group doing the Oxford Half on Sunday so the session was shortened). But pleased with consistency and not feeling too sluggish.
Very sore left outer shin/calf. Seems to fade when running but whenever I stop it throbs. Ugh left leg can't you sort it out?!

Different instructor today (Lisa?) and very different vibe. A more "Come on girls, you can do it!" atmosphere, complete with club hits and lots of new 'moves' - sideways leans and backs and forths and the like. All a bit much. Still managed to work hard - v v sweaty with shaky legs by the end.
