Had a cough all week and been ignoring it. But woke up this morning feeling grotty. Nice day though and had the morning off work so trotted slowly up to Slindon. Hips/glutes/hamstrings have now packed up completely.

Strength and Conditioning 40:00 [4]

HIIT. Used to have no trouble doing all of this hour-long vid. Not so today. Every muscle shaking from fatigue after 40 mins and just could not contemplate the last set.

Laps glorious laps of Murrells Field. Inevitable hordes of dog walkers but they were alright - knew a few and they gave me a round of applause after my first lap :) but then got bored.

10 x 800m (1 min jog back recovery) @ goal 10k pace.
3:08, 3:10, 3:10, 3:09, 3:11, 3:14, 3:11, 3:13, 3:13, 3:06.

Sluggish, and seized up in the last 4. Fell off my goal pace too. Never mind - good to work hard.

Every single muscle below my waist has seized up. Sitting down/walking down the stairs is a mission. Needless to say this plod was a struggle but I just want to keep moving.
