Parkrun sandwich. 7.5 miles at 7:30 pace, straight into parkrun, then out into another 7.5 miles at what was meant to be 7:30 pace but was 7:38 because of the state of my legs.
Parkrun time 22:30 - wasn’t really racing it, just wanted a little burst of effort to shake things up midway. Had a gel before.
Lots of work to do as wouldn’t have been able to keep that up for another 8.2 miles.

Easy, up and down Glatting beacon. Beautiful day. Bit longer than I had intended but didn't feel tired at the end so hopefully haven't compromised tomorrow's long effort too much.
Found out Glatting beacon is the 2142nd highest hill in England.

Paces p/m: 5:58, 5:58, 5:58, 5:56, 5:54, then the last mile rep in 5:51.
Pleased with the fast finish, esp. as felt grotty at the start.

Blue skies but so cold. Had a wobble at 2.5 miles and wanted desperately to stop but pushed through it and finished feeling quite good.
