- Almost ready to start building back, a few minor side effects from last week's fun just need to wear off now. This week's plan is to get back into the habit of rolling out of bed early, even if it's just for a short lap of meadows.
- Then late next week I'll be flying out to Halden to begin a 6 month work placement at the papermill. I'm going to aim to get my body ready to start properly building my hours back from then, with an obvious difference of significantly more orienteering in the weekly plan (I imagine). Season goals still to be determined but I'm looking forward to a relatively chilled out year with optional targets, both orienteering and running, being there if I somehow have the form for it.
