Long Easy
Again with Will and Hakon on reverse Monday loop, featuring TWO swims. Really nice, good chat and time flew by in the stunning scenery. Water very warm and nice to have a break every now and then, including the clubhut for a drink. Cough going slowly day by day.

Wow that was a crap week, and quite gutted to miss O-festivalen. At least I'm hungry to start running again.
