Middeldam - 1:10 000

Easy navigation with no real errors, but body felt too tired to actually run

Started too fast, so developed some GI Distress and a sharp stitch on the right.
Developed foot blisters between 7 and 8 km

Hip and glute area are extremely sensitive, still not able to bend without pain.
Decided to skip the weights and rest before the 10km on Friday

Injured my hip/ glute doing the last 2 hills, not sure if its muscle or nerve related, as pain radiates down my leg when i try bend down.
