After work - avoiding going home for a nap mentality. Parked under 89 overpass on Silk Farm. I had a decent length walk in mind. I've been missing the places I used to frequent. Walked along the bike path, under the 89 overpass, to the SPS boathouse, walked out on the rafts. I cut thru the SPS maintenance area as a shortcut when I saw the dark sky. It started pouring 300 yards from the car. At first, I hunkered under thick foliage but that wasn't getting me anywhere so got pretty wet getting back to the car.
