Note

Boat work leaving me tired by end of day so no CV exercise. So I'm looking forward to helping out at Bear Brook tomorrow, bugs and all.

The bp has been getting higher and higher recently, boat-stress stuff -- as well as the occasional technology confusion which can boil over, albeit rarely, but it did today.

I chase the bp with increasing meds. Came up with a subconjunctival hemorrhage today - has been many a year since I've had one. Maybe even a specific precipitant for today's. Still on warfarin which makes this all somewhat dicey. Dealing with stress...by getting out from underneath it, where 'the sun is shining'.

Cardio 31:30 [3] 1.99 mi (15:50 / mi) +27m 15:11 / mi

Evening run on Arnold 30 secs on, 60 off. Reasonable stress.
Great day weather-wise. Went to BHS to find the place jammed and as I waited to U turn out, another 20 cars entered bumper to bumper - a sports eve. Went to BMS and also found the place jammed, probably a graduation. The fire station intersection was so jammed, it about got stuck.

Weightexercise workout 35:00 [1]

Hadn't been to the Y for quite a while; boat work has been my master.
4 PM

Walking 32:26 [1] 1.31 mi (24:46 / mi) +53m 22:00 / mi

Stopped at BHS for a track session but it and all but one field were being used. Didn't have much energy. Found the one available field and then realized the adjacent cemetery was an extension. It was grey and cool all day - some energy returned, even as I read epitaphs. Some died as long ago (for Bow) as early 19th century. NH was a challenging envt, judging by age at death.

Cardio 37:31 [2] 2.11 mi (17:47 / mi) +100m 15:30 / mi

A Merrymeeting day, from the fish hatchery to Peter's. A bit hilly, harder than the track, maybe just tired, too. Wasn't so long ago, Beth would drop me off
5 mi away.

Noted this guy in returning home - the earlier, better pic was with two wallowing happily in mud. Today's Monitor political cartoon depicts Trump's head as a pig head.
