Walk-jog in Montreal. Have not been here in many years. Staying near Magill campus and Mt. Royal Park in an Air B&B w/ Beth & Peter & Tanis. Think I might have gone to an O meet in the Park way back when.

Used Strava/data roaming for half of it as a learning lesson - used about 6 mb so $12 for the lesson! Used the Garmin in past foreign visits, thus independent of such consideration. Cell phone plan needs addressing. I called them before leaving but did not receive a workable solution and had not considered the implications. Every day, something new.

Drive from Burlington thru the Hero Island group yesterday, raining until Canada and then turned fine weather.

Y at 0900 on a Sunday morning, a first. Got there due to sister Beth's church
inclination & my Beth went to Planet Fitness. Nice to have the weight area essentially to myself - settings stay the same and one can move around freely.

BHS, not sure what was going to precipitate. Settled for 1.5 mi. Every bit counts. Legs still felt good. Drier but less breeze so seemed hot, esp right after the 200s.

BHS track around 5p. Was a bit warm-humid but shade as well. Rained very hard a few hours before. Legs felt good - would that that were a common occurrence!
