BHS cool am, even so at 10. 6 200s and 4 100s, a bit different. Car battery would not start when done with the w/o, Beth came to the rescue. Too disinclined to ask passers-by at the school for a jump start.

Had BHS in mind for before work w/o but the field was full of football players!
Fall is back. Went to CHS which was mostly empty though by the time I left, parking had filled in and there was a fairly large group of kids for some sport activity. Could not get going - was stiff, and so had plans for a second track visit to BHS at end of day but path and intention diverged.

BHS after a week away. Perfect summer eve. Needed it. Legs were rarin' to go as the saying goes. Too little activity in past week due to "cruise" with attendant socializing and departure from routine and, moreso, a night in the hospital in Bangor. Did have to climb the mast to very top to retrieve halyard, which provided chinup-like action which was hard.

Forgot to turn the watch off when I left the track. Usual gorgeous Turee summer sunset (too far south in winter).
