Treadmill, stationary bike, recumbent. The treadmill unit was brand new, with a large computer screen offering all kinds of pertinent and not so pertinent stuff, incl weather app, Netflix, Hulu etc. - actually too much to really begin to recall.
Notably crappy weather: gray and dreary as can be, raining steadily.
Had classic ski in mind but delayed and ran out of time before a matinee. Watched Free Solo in town, the story of Alex Honnold's free ascent of El Cap, an excellent Nat'l Geographic cliff hanger to say the least.

Exeter TF on the way back from the boat. Started around 3p, T low 40s. Did brown from a few weeks ago. Woods are by now leafless and the snow-covered ground (c. 3-6”) made for easy contour reading. Still as many boulders though. Every trail had prints. A few ski tracks. And some sets of prints off trail that were probably hunters'. Fully expected wet feet but barely got them wet. Was a bit overdressed. It was cold in the shed and more so below in the cabin. I was still thinking cold at the time I started. Went mostly the same way except for 2. Quite enjoyable. Orienteering in the snow has faded from the activities list. Needs replenishing.
Went to BHS hoping to try some skating. Nothing groomed & snow really too deep on track & football field. Shuffled around the track. Nice to be out. Snowing fairly hard but accumulation (5-6") seemed over. Pretty, wet snow but a dreary day nonetheless.
A few XC kids out running in shorts, w/o caps or gloves.
