Pilates 50:00 [1]
Pursuing seemingly long lost flexibility. Basically low back pain for months but, additionally, have been having throbbing left anterior throbbing pain in the morning for most morns the past week. Walk, lie down briefly and eventually 'good' to go in the space of 30'. Yesterday, a work day, it wouldn't let up. I jokingly asked Beth where might there be a cane. Right by the front door, cane in hand, I limped to the car but determined I was not going to limp across NHH parking. And I didn't. It eased up around the time I stopped at town pond to give it one last effort. Even with medical perspective, causes aren't always readily evident. MRI not indicated. Flexibility/stretch & strengthen are what's needed for now.
