Felt alright for the first half until it came to the running section, then I felt quite flat and out of breathe. Andy caught me just towards the finish catching up 4 minutes...

1-0 up, then down to 1-1 then 1-2, then we hit back making it 2-2, then I scored the winning goal!!! To make it 3-2

Much hotter today than Tuesday. Trying to stick to soft tracks again but found it more difficult this time. Had to run around a bit in circles to get the distance done.... 21km over 2 runs in 3 days
