Warm-up plus 1x20min @5min/k. Felt pretty comfortable most of the way. Knee started hurting at about 13minuit mark, think it's to do with really tight calves.

Ankle has swelled up after a melville player got confused between my already sore ankle and the hockey ball...Running on it Sunday probably didnt aid recovery

Long Run, found a new path to go not along the river... Pretty sluggish after a lazy weekend.

Dilemma next week. Hockey at 2pm. Orienteering on Saturday 1:30-3:00.
