Crossfit 1:00:00 [3]

18.2, a Crossfit open workout, was the main event today.
Start with 10 weighted squats (35#DB), 1 bar facing burpee
then 9 squats, 2 burpees
all the way to 10 bar facing burpees
For time. Took just over 7 minutes, but gets pretty grim in the middle there.

Then max KB swings in two minutes

Then Boulder Shoulder walks x 3

Coach Mike knows how to design them.

Suitcase carries etc

Gym building actually. Got 23 patio stones from glider. Loaded into the car and transferred to where e we will lay them out into a new gym pad and other amenities. Dang things are heavy.
