Hit the gym for the first time with Balogna who guided me through the secret passageways and dark arts of the local Phoenix fitness weightroom. Gonna have to go and buy me a muscle shirt.

First run in 10 days. Treadmill, just to be safe. Since running downhill causes the irritiation, I set the ramp to 4% and just hoofed along at a nice pace until I figured I had had a good first day of it.

Pulled out of an easy run with knee trouble. Gotta give it a rest. No running for a week at least. Will throw all manner of voodoo cures at it, but decided to pull out of the Boxing Day 10 miler. My entry is up for grabs for anyone who wants to sub in for me.

Trail intervals. Still have a bit of a titchy knee, particularly when going downhill. So Trix and I bombed all the flats and uphills (inlcuding two x K2) and rested on all the descents. Turns out a majority of the main loop is flat or uphill. Heck, maybe all of it is. Strange physics in there. Trix and I ambushed Baloney at the end and walked in together.
