Partial night ride with more than 100 other ecopark riders. Another cool event brought to you by Domestique. Balogna and I cut out early to get back to the cafe for a beer and a real life hot dog with Turbo and Little Annie.

Annual speed test is on Saturday at the road to hope event. So no smt for me this week.

Wet run with Hammer and Tarno. A few more of these runs and I'm applying to med school. Felt cruddy the whole run, dying on all the hills. Tarno finally worked it out. I gave blood yesterday. He confirmed that studies show a blood donation knocks peak performance back 17% immediately following the donation and that it takes up to a week to get back to full strength. Who knew?

Major article in the New York Times about the Esq TV channel that references Boundless a few times. Odd angle though--apparently the new channel is all about glorifying alcohol. Congrats Turbo and Zoo!

Toughest workout in Hamilton. Cronatos. Wait. No Turbo was there. So Crow-natos. 45 seconds on 15 seconds off times 30 with two minute breaks every 10. D-Bag set a good pace and Turbo, though looking tired, still had his dignity about him and ran a few credible sets.

5 MFO's. Monarch Flat Outs. It's about a km from the turn around stump to the orchard. Largely level. A good place for Trix and me to let 'er rip. Then joggy, joggy up Lion's Club as it got light out.

Chicago lakeshore run through millennium park, around and around the Bean for a while just cuz it's so damn COOL, out past the Field museum, the aquarium, and Soldier field. Gotta say, Chicago kicks the crap outa Tronno when it comes to respecting the lake and giving people a reason to gather at the shore.

AlleyLoops with Duane as my partner. A few speed loops with Dr. PBVs faster stunt double. DBag was doing fine until he dissolved into his component gastric juices. He then mumbled The Humanity! The Humanity! and disappeared.
