First outdoor run in two weeks. Took the Trixelator and bombed around the valley feeling pretty good. Gotta start piling on the distance pretty quickly to get ready for Mexico

First run in 10 days. Treadmill, just to be safe. Since running downhill causes the irritiation, I set the ramp to 4% and just hoofed along at a nice pace until I figured I had had a good first day of it.
