Core 23:00 [3]

run 1:30:00 [3]

Chilly run through a post-wind valley. Some significant trees down. Lots of debris. Paid careful attention to the Rule, but on the way back took a side trail under the power lines to avoid having to confront the difficult decision of whether we do K2 twice. Some consider a second go up K2 optional, but we didn't even really want to test our sense of obligation. Well. The wages of sin. It's like the K2GB were out. Got strafed again and again by samurai raspberry bushes armed with machetes. Turbo and I got out alive, but just. Just. I know in these circumstances you're supposed to say "Shoulda seen the other guy", but, well, I didn't. So I can't.

beautiful smt run. DominaTrix was a bit pissed that Greta was a no show, but tomorrow is another day. Hockey night at the Traveloney Hottage this evening if anyone wants to gather up and light votive candles for the Habs.

Hills with Balogna and Trix. What an amazing green in the Valley!

run 50:00 [3]

Beautiful morning. Ran through the medieval film set being built in the orchard. ZoomaTrix immediately found two big pizza slices and engulfed them. I had words with the film crew about throwing food out into the woods and how very uncool that is.

Balogna informs me that it is the 65th anniversary of the liberation of the Netherlands.

run 45:00 [4]

Hotel run on a newfangled treadmill that does DOWNHILL. Whoa. Scary. Ran downhill like a maniac until I'd reached the proper level of stupid, then kicked 'er up to 15% uphill just to see what it looked like up there.
