run 1:45:00 [3]

glorious fall run on a day that gives life a special glow. Not to get all sentimental about it.

Batteries ran out on the Garmin. If your GPS runs out of juice and stops functioning does that mean you're no longer there?

Pushups 8:00 [3]

9 12 8 8 12 Pushups are, um, hard. But. Made it all the way through this time, which means that I'm rapidly getting all muscle-y.

run 53:08 [4] 6.02 mi (8:50 / mi) +226m 7:54 / mi

Recovery run from a few days of hard living in Montreal. Lap 2 is from the bottom of K2 to the top in 5:30. A good time for me.

Trail intervals. Turbo and Balogna talked me into getting ready for the Canadian cross country championships in Guelph in late November. Geezer division. I gotta get faster than I am now, that's for sure. Best I could manage was a 3:48 for .84 km on the flat part of the Monarch trail.

Control pick up with Turbo who thinks he's a good orienteer, but he isn't.
