run 46:00 [4]

Fast 3 miles out. Easier 3 miles back. In the new NB Minimus. For those not quite ready to go full five fingers on your feet, these are the answer. A Vibrum sole in a slipper of a shoe. Good lugs so I think they'll be fine on the trails, but for today I just ran with Balogna on the bike path. Super light, nice fitting, highly maneuverable. Oh, and just hands down way more cool than those tired old Innov8s, which now look soooo 2010.

run 48:00 [3]

Pretty, tropical run in south central Florida. Not to brag or anything, but I did it in my outstanding new New Balance Minimus road shoes. Gotta say: cooler by any objective measure than red Innov8s. Doubled down and picked up an orange pair of trail minims just for grins.

run hills 1:05:00 [5]

4 times Artaban, a whoop and a K2 from sealevel. Valley is only at threat level yellow as it relates to ice. Just have to keep an eye out.

run 45:00 [3]

Recovery run to let my organs settle back into place after last evening's slugfest

Note

I don't know why, but this struck me as something that would appeal to our particular little corner of AP
