4 minute reps. uphill one way, then downhill back. 6 total, then frankensteps. With some slippery bits that became a bit of a flail with my minimus curling shoes on. A terrific clipping by Trix the linebacker dog. Had me airborne and down from out of nowhere. Landed well and so it was pretty funny, but it could have gone badly. Have to teach that dog some trail respect.
