Slow acceleration on the hotel treadmill set to 3.5%. Started at 10 kph. Moved up .2 kph every thirty seconds until igot to 16 kph, hung there for 30 seconds and then punched it back to 12 for a few minutes, then back up to 14 for two minutes. Then slow back off. Felt good during the run, but knee stiff now. Gotta pull it back a notch. Trying too hard.
