Another soft run, half with Trix, half without. First time up K2 since Rainier and coming down is still a bit achey.

Note: Balogna and I have joined Momentum gym! Time to fix my posture, solve the low-grade back pain issues, and give myself a bit of resilience. Just running is making me brittle. Twice a week (Monday and Friday) is the deal: once with a trainer; once on my own. Gonna have to get me a whole new set of t-shirts. Sigh.

intervals. Fell like a bag of cronuts out there. Started out ok, but lost ground each set. Only finished 20 of the 25 donatos. Well, cronatos really.
