Started out with Trix, but she was not interested. So circled back after 15 minutes and then headed out again. I quite enjoy listening to books as I run.

Pleasant cool runnings in the valley. Trix made it around the whole cycle with me for the first time in, well, in dog years. She sat down at the bottom of K2, but I pointed out it was only 10 minutes to home and she should just suck it up.

Legs a bit heavy up K2 after last evening's gym session, but soon: HULK SMASH! HULK SMASH K2!

an hour with Connor, my new gym coach. Committing to this twice a week for 20 weeks, but by then I hope to make this an ongoing part of my life. Gotta do it. Tired of getting up all creaky and living with low grade back pain all the time. First session was promising. Hope springs eternal.
