Soft snow, a good trail and a happy dog. The makings of a perfect Sunday morning run. Took my trusty saw along and did some forestry while out there. Turbo, didn't quite get it all, but at least you can walk over the big logs now.

Perfect day out in the deeve. Good run around the regular route. Started with a close fox encounter. Little bugger was off leash. I hate it when rules are broken. It leads to mob behavior. To illustrate, Turbo and I immediately released Trix and Greta. See? Chaos now reigns in the valley. Hide your children.

Back at it wiht Conor at Momentum. 2 and half weeks off did not do me any good. Especially for my shoulder, which has been causing me some grief. Getting back at it is good.

My 5 day hibernation is over. 4 hills today and gym tomorrow. The big ramp up to Bhutan starts now

Fifth annual WoH run with 60 of my closest friends, followed by 15 liters of Dutch soup and a wafflenalia. New Batter was a major contributor. Indeed, best Batter so far, but the back story is dark and mysterious. Something to do with shaolin monasteries and whip cream.
