Long haul run out to Farmer's Field and those parts. Trix hunted while I looked at the woods

shoveling off the flatter parts of the roof. Waaaay harder than I thought. Totally log worthy. Took two hours, but logging only one hour.

Beautiful run with Hammer and turdo. Surprisingly good trail conditions, though K2 was a crusty mashed potato slugfest.

First time for hills in a few weeks. Hamstring officially ok after two treatrments from Nick's friend Phil. Very skilled guy. Trix braved -13 to be out there with me to celebrate.
