dreamy run with Trix around the lower part of the Super Loop. The super loop is the Bruce heading east from our house, over the 403, down to Chedoke, up the rail trail, into the trails at Sanctuary, to the trail center, around the Main Loop to Headwaters, up and around the lollipop, back to the Main loop, up K2 and home. I skipped the Headwaters part and just went around the Main loop to K2 and home.

Sunday, while working on bicycles, I torqued my knee and tweaked something. Toughed it out for a few days, but it was beginning to feel like a full blown injury of the bonular kind.

A quick call to Donny Smith at Elite Physio, a diagnose of a meniscus that had slipped its rails just a smidge, 5 minutes of very special pain later, and boink, good as new. It doesn't get much better than that.

Back to full strength. 3 whoops with Skunk Holler extensions to make for a cool trail tempo/hill workout.
