Crossfit Open with Anvil watchfully coaching me through it. Huge fun! Not a world level performance, but respectable and I put my heart into it. I did not embarrass him in front of his bulky friends.
Vicious way to spend 20 minutes though. Yoiks

Oh right. The workout. 25 ft of lunges with a 45 pound bar. 8 burpees jumping over the bar each time. 25 ft of lunges with the bar. 8 jumping assist pull-ups to chest level. Repeat. As many times as you can in 20 minutes. Did two pull-ups shy of eight full reps.
As close to throwing up as I've been in a long time by the end. So, yeah, super fun.
