I'm supposed to taper for my max stress test on Monday. I told Conor that. He said forget about training for a routine physical and keep training for Sulphur. Then he beat the crap out of me.

Still suffering from my session at Alchemy yesterday, I confessed to gym cheating to Conor, which of course caused him to put a whole new plan together to exploit all the pain that I was in. Hard.

Crossfit 20:00 [5]

Crossfit Open with Anvil watchfully coaching me through it. Huge fun! Not a world level performance, but respectable and I put my heart into it. I did not embarrass him in front of his bulky friends.

Vicious way to spend 20 minutes though. Yoiks

Oh right. The workout. 25 ft of lunges with a 45 pound bar. 8 burpees jumping over the bar each time. 25 ft of lunges with the bar. 8 jumping assist pull-ups to chest level. Repeat. As many times as you can in 20 minutes. Did two pull-ups shy of eight full reps.

As close to throwing up as I've been in a long time by the end. So, yeah, super fun.
