The Program had me doing 60 second intervals x 10, but I did 14 in the heavy snow. Just cuz that's what fit in my regular route around the main loop. The efforts were all out, but with the rest periods, the whole workout ends up being a 4

14 by 30 seconds with 1.5 minutes in between. Main loop is plenty skiable. Grateful to the fat bikers for cutting us a sprint path.
