There. That's that. Microphone drop.

Not only did I do what I was supposed to do, but did it in a personal best. Gotta say running a PB at 60 makes this doubly satisfying.

Doing it with Wes, triply so. Mainly because he started me on this project, but also because neither of our fershlugginer Garmin watches was functioning properly, causing us to go out way too fast. Like 3:35/km too fast. Wes saw the danger first and snapped us back to a more manageable place. Definitely saved the race.

Running conditions near perfect. Cool, no wind. There's a possibility that the course may have been 250 meters short. Don't care.

Thanks Patrick for holding me up at the finish. That was brave. I really did think I was going to woof on your shoes.

Amazing run by Scott. 35 and change. Damn. And, Wes, I know you had your heart set on 42 minutes. Sorry. You just hang out with the wrong crowd.
