So much to learn. But even as a weight lifting dork, I got a lot out of it. The WOD was five minutes long at the end. A long five minutes. 100 meter sprints and then 10 cleans. Three times continuous. I am definitely at the bottom of the class--which is really cool. Great to work with such fit, devoted people.
