Gentler loop with Rox with stops along the way to make sure her wound was staying calm. She nearly caught and tackled a deer. Soooo close. Next time.

Labour day group class. About as hard a thing as one can do in the 30 degree heat. The usual warmups. The WoD was 20 minutes. Every Minute on the Minute (EMOM) went from box jumps to one arm thrusters to the rowing machine, then one minute of rest. So four minutes per rep times five. Super intense.
