Max back squat weight. Best I could do was 160. Then on to fastest mile time test. Finally some territory I know well. Max weight Back squats are a non standard warm up, but I still managed a 5:52, which I'm going to call damn good.

Shoulder strength. As many shoulder press sets on the ground as we could do in 2 minutes with kettle bell carries in between times 6.
