Felt nicely springy today, so made most of the run a burner.
11 AM

Started out kinda pokey. tinker with weights until you find the weight that you can do 10 reps max. For me that was 145. But the WOD was on the assault bikes. 15 calories or the most you can do in 30 seconds going for broke. All out. With everyone yelling at you. Times four. Super hard.
