One mile cool down

1000 meter row with a partner split up any way you want (we chose to switch ever 250 meters) then 20 box step overs, only one person at a time. We chose 10 each. Times three. Eight teams. We did it in 14:59. Beat by another team who did it in 14:57. Soooo close. Then max three deadlifts in 30 seconds. Got to a new PR of 200 for one, but couldn't repeat.

Then Broder took me aside and gave me homework to reduce my stooped posture. The bell-ringing guild aint gonna like it if I lose my hump...Just sayin'.

Endurance WoD. EMoM: 15 calories on the rower, 10 box jump burpees for 20 minutes; 3 minutes rest; EMoM for 7 minutes: 10 pullups; EmoM for 6 mins: 15 situps and pushup plank. A Kyle special. Had to modify the pullups, but managed the rest honourably.

Easy run with Turdo, making a rare Sunday appearance. As it turned out this one run was the second half of his entire training regimen for the Snowshoe Raid. The other half was the Fall's Run two weeks ago That guy really knows how to pack it all in.

wallballs and rowing, wallballs and rowing, and so on 90 seconds on, 30 seconds off for 12 mintues. Started with the 14 pound ball and the men's target. Dropped to 10 pound ball and women's target, just to keep moving. Still had to stop a few times. And I even put spinach in my smoothy this morning. Dang.
