Part one of the Sunday double header. Gorgeous. The run worked out my persistent sore lower back which came out to bite me when randomly bending down yesterday. Finally getting it looked at.
Wicked difficult one. 21-15-9 pullups, pushup and sled pushes. Rest two minutes. Then 9-15-21 single arm DB, pike pushups (for me--RX is HSPU) and more sled pushes. 18 minutes. I did it all except for the pullups. Wasted.
