Back to the Future workout, including Marty McFly Makers, which involve kettlebells. Had to share 80 Toes to Bar with a partner. Plus a lot of other stuff involving cleans. Coach Mike has a magic touch and a sharp eye with the fine details/ I appreciated the pointers

Interesting strength workout. Emom for 12 minutes of alternating back and front squats. Then the wod. They like longer sets here. 100 du (or 300 singles), 800 meter run, 60 calorie row. The row is super tough after that crazy warmup.
