Friday the 13th full moon workout. Snatches first (converted to cleans to give my shoulder a break--thanks Mike and Craig). Then 20 EMOMs with 12 stations, roll the dice to get assigned to the station for that minute. Perverse rolls had me doing pushups for 3 minutes in a row. 20 minutes take a long time sometimes.
