Another crossfit open practice round. I decided to go for the 150 wallballs at the 10 foot target with the 20 lb ball. Did it! took 9 minutes, but did it.

Man, if there is one thing I can't figure out, it's double unders. I am not wired for them. The make me feel stupid. But I am getting the hang of cleans! And I did my first wall hand stand! Woot.

good interval workout with Jordon who ran 50k on Saturday, was 3 minutes off the course record at Mono, and that gave me a fighting chance is a 1,2,3,4,4,3,2,1 workout. Nope. It just meant that he wasn't as far ahead of me as usual on each burst.
