surprisingly good conditions in the rain. Trail surface was still partly frozen. Encountered a "leash your dog" guy out there that harshed the vibe a bit, but we ran away from the fight.

First time I've taken a class devoted entirely to weight lifting. Four of us and pretty much one on one instruction. Course today was max snatch day and I don't have the mobility for snatches. But I learned a ton and know what I have to do.

Super run with Supe and Rox on a balmy late fall day.

Deadlifts, got to 205 pounds times 3. Kyle signalled that my technique was coming along, so felt good about that. Then partner AMRAP with Balogna, one person rowing while the other did 20 DB step overs and 20 DB Thrusters. Tired. Time to take a day off.
