Gym 1:00:00 [3]

Super difficult one. 10 minutes EMOM 5 strict chest to bar alternating with 5 hand stand pushups (which Chris K can do!--I'm still on a box and will be for a while). No cheatery kipping on the c2B. Then the Fran workout. 21, 15, 9 pullups (kipping allowed) and thrusters for time. Craig put me at 55 lb for the thrusters and PtL that he did. Finished in 7:35, but languished quietly on the floor for a few minutes after. Crushed. Just crushed.

Kyle finished RX (90 lb bar) in 2:10. Effectively that means that he went blurry for just over 2 minutes and then declared himself done. He was moving too fast for anyone to confidently count the reps, but I understand it was legit.

Landmine lifts. Crazy one handed lifts of one side of the weighted barbell. Then deadlifts and burpees ladder for 15 minutes. Weight decreasing every 5 minutes.

second interval session with Jordan. 3, 2, 1, 3,2,1 with one minute in between. Felt better than last week.

Snatches and double unders. Two things I couldn't do at all once. Now I do them a bit. Soon a bit more.

Coach Jordan wants me to rest more. Alright, so I didn't run this morning, but snuck in an unauthorized crossfit session. Rowing and shoulder stuff. Oh, and planks.

forestry 1:00:00 [3]

Three hours into the building of the second Holz Hausen. This is going to be and oval specimen, just for what the heck, with 3.5 feet diameter semi-circles at each end. Half done. Aliens are going to see this little cluster of Holz Hausens from space and wonder...

Gave myself an hour of AP credit for the workout.

Regular jungle gym aggregate time. Pistol squats, passive hangs, pull ups, chin ups, swinging, toes to bar--the usual stuff.

Last run of the Christmas break with DD and HC, both of whom took running shoes to the mud bowl. Not the best shoe choices, but it made things really entertaining for me.
