With Jordan. Clever one: 3 min, 2 min, 1 min, 30 sec hard, with one minute in between, times three. Programmed the workout on my new Intervals Pro app to the iPhone and then over the Apple Watch. It then just told us what to do when. No looking at the watch. Just waiting for the nice lady to tell us when to run or go easy. She even lets you know when you're half way through an interval or rest period. Oh, brave new world!
