Got to mess with the new sandbags. 100lb relay carry. Then 27,21,15,9 pull-ups, vsits. Sprinkling in some sandbag over the shoulder tosses

Sweaty one. First with back rack lunges. My left leg is so much weaker than my right. Then 20 minutes of rowing, deadlifts, more rowing, power cleans. Tons of fun.

30 minuts steady, straight into five minutes hard.

Overhead squats and snatches. My favourites. Perfect for the quasimodo in me.

With Jordan. Clever one: 3 min, 2 min, 1 min, 30 sec hard, with one minute in between, times three. Programmed the workout on my new Intervals Pro app to the iPhone and then over the Apple Watch. It then just told us what to do when. No looking at the watch. Just waiting for the nice lady to tell us when to run or go easy. She even lets you know when you're half way through an interval or rest period. Oh, brave new world!

pullups and handstand pushups. I can almost get into a wall assisted hand stand! Kinda scary still for me. Then all out on the rower for five minutes two minutes rest then burpees onto a plate for five minutes. Add the calories to the burpees. 152 for me (99 calories, 53 burpees)
